Errors and Alarms

Learn what the different visual signals and audible alarms that can be emitted by the system mean.

Changing canister

If the fill level (inspected at the back of the canister) looks full, or the pump blockage alarm has gone off, you need to replace the canister. Watch the video to learn how to do this, or view section 6.8 in the Instructions For Use document, provided with your system.

Showering with the system

For daily hygiene routines, do not expose the dressing or pump with canister to jets of water. Light showering is allowed when the pump and canister tubing has been disconnected from the dressing tubing. Watch the video for instructions.
